For projects requiring modifications beyond our standard models, Union Wood Co. fabricates to specification. This may include dimension adjustments, structural revisions, material substitutions, or fully custom builds aligned with architectural drawings.
All drawings are reviewed prior to production to confirm feasibility, pricing, and lead times. Wood and metal fabrication occurs under one roof, maintaining control over quality, schedule, and design intent.
Finish Samples
Wood and metal finish samples are available to support specification, client presentations, and material library integration.
We work with solid North American hardwoods, specialty exterior-treated timbers, and a range of metal options including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Powder-coated finishes are available across multiple colour selections for interior and outdoor applications. Samples and finish guidance are provided to ensure material alignment and performance suitability prior to production.
